Development of Personal Competencies
The aim of the training is to develop participants' abilities that contribute to their personal growth.
Acquired competencies: self-awareness, effective management of emotions and impulses, understanding of personal motivation, knowledge of time management techniques.
Training format: e-learning.
Development of IT Competencies
The aim of the training is to enhance basic IT knowledge.
Acquired competencies: Participants will be able to use web search tools, online documents and images, perform basic image editing, and apply AI tools in everyday life.
Training format: e-learning.
Cooperation
The aim of the training is to ensure that team members work efficiently with each other, with their supervisors and with colleagues from other departments.
Acquired competencies: Participants will understand the theoretical background of cooperation and be able to apply techniques that support teamwork.
Training format: e-learning.
